James is originally from Chicago and started his food service journey in the United States Navy. He has worked both sides of the line in his over 30 year career, from fast food to fine dining. James is a loving husband, father of 3, as well as a lover of eclectic music.

Born and raised in Lowell, Mi, Chris has worked professionally in kitchens for over 20 years, from Colorado to New York. Outside the kitchen he is a father of 3 boys, an avid horror film fan, and runs a small, independent podcast network.
